We bake-to-order and ship cookies in insulated boxes with ice packs for freshness. Shipping costs depend on your location and delivery date. While we aim to meet your preferred date, delays may occur. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend selecting a date 1-2 days earlier. We currently only ship within the U.S.
Warm Weather Advisory
For warmer climates, track your package closely and have someone available to receive it. If cookies arrive warm, they are still safe and delicious. We recommend Overnight or Express shipping for areas outside LA. During extreme heat (90°F+), shipments may be delayed. Refrigerate cookies for at least 1 hour upon arrival.
